Course Support Overview

The IRC Course Support team manages the setup process for courses that are transferred from existing course sites and completes a final readiness review that assures each AAP course site is presentable for students.

Between the transfer and the readiness processes, there is information that we will require from each instructor, and by the end of the process, there will be feedback that we will give in return. In the transfer process, our team handles the copying of courses, the setup of Canvas tools, the provisioning of LTI Tools, and the Instructor/PD/Guest Access to the sites.

The Transfer and Readiness processes represent a joint effort between you and the IRC.
You are invited to engage with our Course Management team for any inquiries regarding these processes or their specific stages. Our Course Management team is accessible at [email protected] for your convenience and support.

The IRC also has a 24/7 help desk available along with our Knowledge Base.

For details on the most common instructional technology (Canvas, Panopto, VoiceThread, and Zoom), visit our Learning Technologies Support page for a comprehensive list of resources. If you would like support for a technology-related issue, please reach out to our 24/7 help desk with any of the following methods:

If you would like to schedule a one-on-one meeting, please visit the IRC Bookings Website to find a time that is convenient for you to meet with one of our Course Management team members.
