The IRC Multimedia team offers a broad range of audio, videography, and graphic design services. Our Mission is to help instructors integrate high-quality pedagogically sound multimedia content in AAP courses.
Instructional multimedia content helps to diversify and enhance the student learning process and it leads to increased knowledge retention. For this reason, multimedia should not be an afterthought when you are building your course or revising it.
Definition: Evergreen multimedia is defined as content that is timeless, sustainable, and lasting.
The IRC has started an evergreen initiative for the multimedia content created in AAP courses. Instructors spend a significant amount of time creating course content, and the multimedia evergreen initiative will ensure your content remains relevant beyond its initial delivery. In this document, there are recommendations to help create evergreen content.
For those interested in one-on-one training, we offer the opportunity to schedule time with our training specialist. Please visit the IRC Bookings Website to find a time that is convenient for you.
